Civic Center

For over a decade, Atlanta has been working on repurposing The Civic Center. We believe we’re finally making progress and will continue efforts to develop this site into a vibrant area for the neighborhood.

O4WNA leadership partnered with the City to accelerate development of this 25-acre site of the old Atlanta Medical Center. Our aim is to create a transformational space that enhances the community.

Georgia Power Wabash Substation

O4WNA has collaborated with Georgia Power to design an appealing environment around this essential substation.

Jackson St. Bridge

The Jackson St. Bridge has an iconic—but hazardous—view of the City. The City has developed a plan to make this incredible view safer and more inviting.

New City

This project involves expanding beyond the “Mailchimp” building and the new FORTH hotel with new live/work/play spaces.

Highland Avenue

Fuqua and North Raven are working next to the Freedom Barkway Dog Park on Highland Ave. & Howl St.

Car Break-Ins

O4WNA is collaborating with the Atlanta Police Department to explore strategies for reducing car break-ins.
